I was a (more or less) first time DM handling a group of nine players, a mix of stat-maxing vets and roleplaying beginners, in a 1st level campaign. I'd set up a behind the scenes plot dictating interaction between the characters and was going to slowly tie it into the main plot when we got there. we never did. The Town Orrin had put out a call for heros, the mayor promised a hefty award from his own treasures to any who could successfully answer the call. I went and sat outside. Here there was a procession of ants, hunting food as they do. It Happened that I should sit upon them, my largeness blocking their road. Within a minute a few workers had crawled along my thighs and, deeming me no threat, set a detour for all the others of the host. I went and sat on a log. There were lizards scurrying along it, hunting for ants that had strayed away from the road. My vibrations sent them running under the log, into cracks and hole. College and Music

    At time time that I am writing this, I am beginning my third week of college life. I am loving every minute of it, the freedom, the classes, the workload, all of it. I felt like I was ready to start college my high-school sophomore year, and I was probably right then. And now that I am here I am loving life. I've joined a gaming and a fencing club, and become part of a wellness group! :D    I've also started using Spotify, and compiled a playlist of all the songs that they have that I know by heart.
